The Challenge

Previous tools didn't offer a fully connected experience. Despite messaging and video conferencing, remote workers often feel lonely. So, the goal was to understand office spaces and design solutions that give a sense of working in an office environment.

The focus of all the features on the remote working platform was to provide the user with more than just a way to communicate with others, but also to evoke the feeling of being in an office surrounded by other people.

Immersive office environment

The SaaS platform design for Wurkr was created to simulate an office environment, combining flat and three-dimensional elements to create an immersive experience. Modular illustrations allowed for scalability according to the company's size, and brand colors were incorporated throughout the designs to establish uniqueness.

Minimalistic and clutter-free

The platform is not unnecessarily distracting, allowing employees to remain focused on their tasks.

Visualizing office layout

Similar to a physical office space, users can identify who is busy, set up meetings, and manage their time more effectively.

The break room feature encourages users to take a break and chat with colleagues whenever they need it.

The fonts, colors, and subtle animations bring interactivity and engagement while encouraging focus and compassion for colleagues.

Video Conferencing

Wurkr integrates meeting rooms and video conferencing side by side to provide an experience like no other.
