As an optical chain management company, there are several challenges to overcome in order to efficiently manage orders and retain customers. Streamlining order management and tracking is essential, as well as personalizing order customization to meet customer needs. The Ben Franklin team was looking to leverage existing products for fitting and enhancing adoption through a seamless and localized experience.
