The Challenge

After extensive user research to identify key pain points and develop effective solutions, our team identified several challenges, including unifying the platform's design, integrating key features seamlessly, and creating informative power dashboards for efficient navigation based on user personas. We also identified the need of a guided navigation system with subtle personalization to provide a meaningful and enjoyable user experience, even for non-technical users.

pSolv needed help in redesigning their flagship application -Needletail. They wanted a seamless user experience and fresh look for the application. Needletail automates movement of data from disparate sources into a common standardized data hub which holds consumption ready data, while applying data management best practices.

Designing a unified platform

We proposed a design approach that seamlessly integrated different features in the Needletail application, providing informative power dashboards based on user personas for easy navigation across the various functionalities. Our design focused on creating a unified platform that was intuitive and user-friendly, making it easy for users to access and use all the features.

Context-specific Actions

Designed with guided navigation in mind, we enabled users to understand the flow of events and perform actions based on the context with subtle personalization.

No-code, Low-code

We delivered a GUI that enabled users to create and manage projects with ease, bring the no-code, low-code approach to the center.

Data-Driven Approach

Backed by data-driven research and learning processes, we mapped user goals with the overall business goals to provide a simple, easy, and user-friendly experience.
