The Challenge
Duke.ai had to quickly roll out their first app version while meeting stakeholders' requirements and achieving a Winning Viable Product. To accomplish this, they prioritized and limited features to the core essentials and avoided feature creep. Divami worked with them again to rebuild the next-gen platform with additional functionalities based on the great response to the first phase.

The strategy was to limit the scope of initial phase features for a quick rollout of the app and focus on the core features that were the heart of the platform.
